The Summit at Calabasas will be a single story, 70,100 sf Shopping Center anchored by a major retail tenant with restaurant and retail tenants in the remaining buildings. Two pedestrian plazas are included as public outdoor spaces incor-
porating native species landscaping, a public art element and a turf area with berming. This project will be the first private development in Calabasas to incorporate, by city requirement, the Calabasas-LEED rating system to promote environmental sustainability.- Project Location
