How the Program Works
We start out by assisting you in creating your firm’s BIM Technology Implementation Plan, making sure we have the support of the Principals and upper management. The Technology Implementation Plan is our guide throughout the transition process and will help us assign the appropriate Expert Team Member (s) to meet your firms goals. We help you set up office standards reinforced by a comprehensive project start-up template.
We stimulate a supportive environment. We identify and help you empower Change Champions in your office. We help you encourage and reward positive advancements made by your staff.
Then, our experts become a part of designated project teams by offering custom in-house training along with assistance and advice on actual projects. Experts work in your office on a rhythmic basis, once or twice a week, or full-time if the intensity of the project(s) require it.
We wrap up our tenure by making sure there are personnel in your office that can maintain the momentum we have established, so that the BIM process and best practices become truly a way of life in your office.
